We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Totally Tack. Sometimes however, there will be reasons why you wish to return your goods.
We will refund return postage for faulty or incorrect items up the value of second class recorded.
If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind - To help you we have a 365 day returns policy:
If you have changed your mind and you are a private customer (not applicable to business customers), and the goods have not been in your possession for over 30 days, then you will be entitled to an exchange, a credit or a refund.
If goods have been in your possession longer than 30 days but no longer than 365 days from the time of purchase and you wish to return items, then we are happy to accept these items for an exchange or a credit.
Returns can be made on the condition that you take reasonable care of the goods and their packaging until they are returned to us. In particular this means that you will:
- Return products in good condition with all packaging and user manuals
- Return the goods in a condition that would enable Totally Tack to resell them as new.
- Not try on riding wear in a way which will leave the goods creased or grubby
- Not try items on your horse which will leave hairs or marks on the items
- Not use external packaging e.g. boot and hat boxes as packaging for the post/courier. These must be placed in a bag or box.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the delivery stating the damage. Once you have contacted us we will be able to advise you on the next course of action that will get your goods to you asap.
Goods Faulty Within 3-6 Months
If you are reporting faulty goods within 3-6 months of receipt you maybe entitled to a repair or a replacement. If we can not do either of these we will refund your money but if the products have been used we may deduct a percentage for you benefiting from this use. Please contact us to establish the best way to deal with the problem
Goods Faulty After 6 Months
After 6 months of receipt, provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair or replacement.
Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer.
