The Shires Tempest mediumweight combo Stable Rug comes with a built in neck cover and a 200g fill. This is an excellent winter stable rug at a superb price, a very useful rug lining too.
The stable rugs has a plain nylon outer, two front straps, cross surcingles, tail flap and a fillet string
The built in neck cover has 2 touch and close fastenings.
