The Jointed Kimblewick is a single jointed bit without slotted rings. The kimblewick action is similar to that of a hanging cheek with the added advantage of the curb chain.
The poll pressure action of the non slotted Kimblewick is less than the slotted Kimblewick.
The single joint creates a nutcracker action within the mouth, so is considered to be more severe than the french link or lozenge. Made of stainless steel
