NAF MSM (methyl sulphonyl methane) is sulphur in its organic form (as it is found in grass and trees). MSM is required by every living cell within the body, including amino acids, vitamins and cartilage.
Unfortunately the processing of feed and forage often destroys the MSM found in food naturally, therefore the diet of the stabled horse is likely to be deficient of this most important nutrient. MSM is vital for the health of soft tissue, tendons, ligaments and muscles.
Feeding NAF MSM at the correct rate ensures that all these structures receive enough sulphur. Feed 8-40g (1-5) scoops per day
