NAF Liquid Electro Lytes is an easy to use liquid designed to replace essential body salts lost by working horses during exercise, sweating or during hot weather.
When horses work, or during hot weather, they regulate their body temperature by sweating. Sweating not only loses fluid as it evaporates, but also essential body salts, particularly sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. Failure to replace these body salts (known as electrolytes) can result in fatigue.
Electro Lytes can simply be added to feed or dissolved in drinking water.
For horses in heavy work or during periods of extreme heat, feed the more concentrated NAF Electro Salts. Always ensure a supply of clean fresh water is readily available.

For orders under £65.00 there is a delivery charge of £3.95 UK only. Please note delivery can take 3-5 working days, but is often quicker. Deliveries to non Mainland UK and Highlands may take 2-3 working days longer – if you want a faster delivery service please call us to arrange, as there will be an extra cost for courier services.
